1Eligibility to Use ZC888

To register and use ZC888 you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are not prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under any applicable rules that apply to you personally.

2Account Registration and Security

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

ZC888 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. No foreign currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable timeframe, contact ZC888 support with your transaction reference number and the amount deposited.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless stated otherwise on the deposit page.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours. Unverified accounts may experience delays until identity verification is completed.
• ZC888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or frequency.
• Deposits must be from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

ZC888 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank before initiating a transfer if you are unsure about applicable fees.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ZC888 offers a range of bonuses including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, cricket and PSL event boosts, a VIP birthday bonus and a refer-a-friend programme. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming.

General bonus rules that apply across all ZC888 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address and device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated on the promotion. Bonus funds that are not wagered within this period are removed from your account automatically.
• Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active is PKR 2,000 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is pending will result in the bonus being cancelled.

If you do not wish to accept a bonus that has been credited to your account, contact support before placing any bets and the bonus will be removed. Once bets have been placed with bonus funds, the wagering requirement is considered active and the bonus cannot be returned.

5Sports Betting Rules

ZC888 offers sports betting markets covering cricket, football, esports and other sports. Cricket markets include PSL, T20 internationals, Tests and bilateral series. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where ZC888 offers a specific cash-out option on the relevant market.

• Bets placed on events that have already started at the time of placement may be voided at ZC888's discretion.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type as published in the sportsbook rules section.
• ZC888 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market, for any player, at any time without prior notice.
• Obvious pricing errors in the sportsbook will be corrected and any bets placed at erroneous odds will be voided and the stake returned.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance immediately after settlement.

6Casino, Slots and Live Casino Rules

ZC888's game lobby includes slots, live casino tables, classic table games and crash games. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live-dealer systems supplied by established game providers. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot is provided by the game provider and can be found in the game's information panel.

• Game results are determined by the provider's certified RNG systems. ZC888 does not alter game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions during a live casino session or slot game will result in the round being voided and the stake returned to your account.
• If a live casino session is interrupted by a connectivity issue on the player's end, the round result as recorded by the provider's server is the final outcome.

• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or pricing glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using payment methods that are not in your own name or depositing funds from a third party.
• Any action that ZC888 reasonably considers to constitute money laundering or financial fraud.

ZC888 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and account behaviour. Decisions on account restrictions made following a fair play investigation are final, though you may contact support to request an explanation.

8Privacy and Data Handling

9Responsible Gaming

If your account is closed for a breach of terms, ZC888 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, any legitimate balance will be returned to your registered payment method. If the investigation confirms a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting ZC888 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered PKR payment method after standard verification checks.

11Limitation of Liability

ZC888 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While the team works to maintain uptime and game availability, ZC888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, game interruptions or technical issues outside its reasonable control.

• ZC888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• ZC888 is not responsible for losses caused by a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Game results generated by certified third-party RNG systems are the sole basis for settlement. ZC888 does not accept liability for results the player considers unexpected or unfair provided the RNG certification is valid.
• ZC888 is not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by the player's payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank, etc.).

Nothing in these terms limits ZC888's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of ZC888 itself. If you believe ZC888 has acted unfairly, you may raise a formal complaint through the support channel and your case will be reviewed.

12Changes to These Terms

ZC888 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are significant, ZC888 will notify registered players via account message or email. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Continued use of ZC888 after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
